Office Policies

If you have any questions about our office policies, please call (601) 919-8575 during business hours.


Appointments

If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are an existing patient we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.


Cancellations

We realize unexpected circumstances arise and you cannot keep your appointment. If this occurs, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also welcome electronic check and cash payments.

Financing

We offer financing through CitiHealth and CareCredit for those that qualify. Both companies offer options with up to 12 months, no interest.
